Owner and Master trainer... Jason started his fitness journey in high school working out for football, wrestling and baseball. It was then that his passion for bodybuilding began... Then like many others after watching Pumping Iron he was hooked! After HS graduation he enlisted in the army where he was recruited into airborne special forces... With years of strength training already under his belt, he would help others in his unit that wanted to start bodybuilding. So after being discharged he continued with his passion and sharing his knowledge and experience with others thus beginning his long career as a fitness coach. A career that has spanned over 30 years, which has included martial arts, heavyweight kick boxing and being a nationally ranked bodybuilder! With years of experience with clients from every fitness level from beginner to competitor he has the education and experience to help you achieve your goals!
